For those that don’t know, immigration courts are part of the Executive branch, not the Judicial. You do not need to be a lawyer, pass the bar, or even have any specific education to be an immigration “judge”.

Islam has more than a few… Questionable practices and beliefs by any western standards, not even from a religious point of view.
I guess it turns into, at what point “religious freedom” turns into oppression and violence.

It’s when religous practice violates existing laws. Pretty obvious. Is he breaking the law? If not- leave him alone. If he is, investigate convict and follow sentencing guidelines.
There is one religion throwing Palestinians from roofs and it is not Islam
