I agree with you in principal but if the spam juices leaked into the cookie making it soggy, I would be very upset

Probably need to pan fry the spam first. Would absolutely not bake spam straight from the can into the cookie.

Yep, I’ve tried every way imaginable. It’s the texture that throws me off, the taste is average.

People can mock and I have not had this but odd pairings do sometimes work, like crisps and orange peel.

Vanilla milkshake and right at the end of blending throw a couple strips of crispy bacon in, garnish with a couple more crispy strips pushed down the side and sticking out the top a little. It’s amazing. Only ever convinced a couple other people to try but they were stunned at how right I was about this one. You get little crunch bits, sweet, savory, creamy, salty, it’s so good
