To add to it, I like to know water and electricity usage stats from my dishwasher, it’s semi interesting. But generally I use the buttons on the thing.
Washing machine is easier to use via the app because it’s stupid in on device controls
Oh I really misunderstood the point I thought this was some kind of old persons home, and they organised some sort of walk outside with music…
The issue is not that it was connected to the internet, the issue is that it should have been connected to a private VPN network so that monitoring can happen remotely but still securely (not to mention keeping fw updated and changing default passwords)
