We got Horton as a puppy sometime around 1997 when I was still in highschool. He was actually half basset half beagle. I taught him how to stand up like that and once he understood that when he stood up he would get a treat he started doing it unprompted whenever we ate dinner lol

He’s a little blurry but this was too good of a picture not to share

I disagree. I firmly believe that keeping track of a handful of lies about a fictional wife is considerably easier than actually being married.

Aside from the first part you don’t actually need a wife to do most of that stuff. I could in theory constantly talk about a fictional wife I don’t have and claim that she needed me for something so I could get out of awkward social situations.

Incorrect. If Jesus came back today he would be largely ignored. He would most likely end up either homeless or committed to a mental institution. If anyone did realize he was the real Jesus returned to the world there would most likely be a third world war, not between different nations but between different multinational corporations all trying to decide who gets exclusive rights to his name and intellectual property. Nuclear bombs would be dropped to figure out who would own the rights to The Bible with explicit permission to alter, amend, or remove entirely any passages they want. In that case Jesus himself would most likely be kept hidden away in some corporate bunker for fear that he might give another sermon FOR FREE before it can be locked down under an official publishing contract.
