    Unlikely. Preventing wipe and reuse is an anti-theft measure, so you’d need to have the owner unlock and wipe it for you.

        maybe there is, probably not. Apple specifically is known to be extremely careful with this kind of stuff since apple products tend to get stolen often and this kind of locking down can prevent that.

        There are ways to bypass it but they are criminal or government trade secrets.
