21 daysHave you played it on PC? I should really grab it and save it away before the few places that have it get served a cease and desist.

I’m playing the Linux version, it works great. I got all the way to Vicar Amelia with almost no issues (only one crash, and some cape physics are laggy).
That said the recompilation Github repos are totally legal because they don’t share any of the game data. You need to dump the game yourself to play it, so legally they’re kinda similar to emulators.

Feels really good to be back, it’s almost been 10 years since I played BB!

Oh fuck yeah! I’ve never actually played bloodbourne before, but I’ve heard a lot of people saying it’s great. I’m gonna have to do this!

My goal this weekend is to get this running on my Steam Machine. Any tips, friendo?

I’d recommend turning off motion blur/chromatic aberration/depth of field before you start so the image is much clearer. Also if you’re going to use FSR upscaling be sure to disable “The game’s own anti-aliasing” since that can mess with the image.
Aside from that, it should just work. Good luck!

Isn’t the port AI slop, though? Or is there a real one from a reputable recomp group?

It’s becoming really weird to distinguish. Is it AI slop or is AI used to decompile games.

Yes, that is the question. Does it work as intended?
Since it’s from a new provider (and more importantly), does it have anything malicious nested in there?
