Russia could go back to Russia and quit their attempts at seizing sovereign Ukrainian territory. .ml says you’re unlikely to agree that the aggressor could stop aggressing and fuckoff back to their country at which point withheld elections could happen. Ps. Most countries withhold elections during national emergencies even Russia.
