• Kids being kids don’t realize how much parents see, just because parents have experience, and know more about the world and the possibilities.

Parents often suspect before the kid is even thinking about it. Some parents shove their heads in the sand, and vehemently reject the idea, we all know who, and pity the kid with those parents. Others are cool about it. Or, cool enough, it can be hard to accept when the realization first comes.

  • Being on Es contionuously for months? Sounds crazy, imagine the jaw clench…

      • Can confirm, I was aroace before E. Now I’m a raging homosexual with three partners and no genitals. This morning we played Big Walk together!

      • It can even make you gay

What’s with that? Even trans guys go horny AND gay while on T.

  • I regretted coming ouy to my family, when i told my mom she said she was going to tell my dad so i had to tell everyone before i was ready

leave me alone, like you had for a decade by that point, please

  • I’m closeted. Also not attempted any transitioning. I take the “female” role on discord, and that’s the best I can do.

    • You’re exactly as trans as I am. It’s how you feel inside about yourself, and that feeling exists whether the rest of the world acknowledges it or not. Fuck closets, the scariest person to come out to is yourself.

    • My brother’s old kid has they/them pronouns on discord and it makes me wonder.

      • My nephew has been on T for a while now. He told his mom the deep voice was from COVID 🤣 he’s planning on waiting till after top surgery to tell her so she doesn’t kick him off her insurance. I think she’ll be supportive, but there’s trust issues between them.

        • If there’s even an inkling of doubt, it feels totally reasonable to hide treatment. I hope that they will understand, when your nephew finally comes out, just how important this is.

      • I’m imagining the mom figuring it out right away, while the dad is either in denial, or a moron.

Like she’s standing there with 44DDs, in a ball gown and tiarra. And her dad is like “Sooooo, how bout them bears?”

        And she’s like “…what?”

And he’s like “Season just started. How do you like our boys odds this year?”

And she’s like “I don’t like the boys chances this year.”

And it’s two unrelated conversations overlapping.
