If they were actual generals, yes, but since “General Lee“ is the entire name and “General” is not a rank/title, it’s “General Lees”. Because this isn’t a group of generals named “Lee”, it’s a group of cars named “General Lee”.
So the correct pluralization would be “General Lees”.
It’s easy to get confused with this exception to the rule

The jumps they did on the show frequently bent the frame of the stunt car, totaling it. They went through quite a few cars. I wonder if this is a new batch incoming or an old batch headed for the scrap yard.
