I’m so glad that your nation has carried on the proud tradition of Cockney Rhyming Slang. Canada hasn’t so much, so I had to look it up on Urban Dictionary.

Thr APPR rationale doesn’t even have to make grammatical sense. This is Air Canada’s run-on sentence complete with a missing oxford comma, and an unexpected paragraph break mid-sentence.
"Upon review of your reservation, we are unable to approve your claim for compensation as the most significant reason for your flight disruption was due to flight crew member availability related to sickness, flight time limitations, valid visa, health documents not at a crew base
and was required for safety purposes."
On top of that, we had to pay for our luggage twice on the flight down and every time we tried to get compensation from one “partner” airline, they point us at the other.

This year’s Back to Hogwarts also marks the 25th anniversary since the release of the first film adaptation [of the book]…
I am just curious where the line is drawn that makes it less a powderkeg of outrage and starts being worthy of at least an historical acknowledgement in recognition of the victim. If it’s not film adaptations of books, is it once there are musicals based on film adaptations of books written by authors who have expressed offensive viewpoints? Or poems summarizing musicals based on film adaptations of books written by authors who have expressed offending viewpoints?
I’m trying to be honest and not make this tongue-in-cheek.
I’m glad we’re investing right before the crash. This makes perfect sense.
