Yup. I think a lot of social media has turned into the “Outrage Olympics”. Whether the outrage is warranted or not, the siloed communities wallow in their performative group-think. It’s hard to break through the them-vs-us mentality. It has always been a human problem, but it really feels like it’s turned up to 11 in the past decade or so.
