You could still open text editors from GUI. Many of them have csv specific features like rainbow colors, column alignments, etc. and for less number of columns having large number of rows don’t matter because text editors are designed for that.
Unless you need to add/remove columns, in that case I just use libre office calc/excel depending on what os I’m in if I need GUI. But mostly I just use python if I’m programming.
I just use a text editor (emacs in my case). Is there a specific reason you want a GUI?
Please stop using that logic. The people that voted is a representative sample of the population, done. Is you’d forced every one of voting she to vote then it probably would have been similar result. Because people that didn’t want to go both will have their vote split randomly to candidates.
Honestly given these two choices, not voting means you’re ok with either.
They missed the chance to name it unko
