US didn’t decide to bomb a girl’s school because they planned to blame the Iranians for locating it there.
To be clear: filming without permission is legal, broadcasting is not. The moral panic is not going to be easy to translate into law.
Including the Iranians who put the school there.

The reality is that school used to be part of the military compound it is embedded in.
It is a war crime to locate a military facility near civilians.
