This is just a me thing, but I can get pretty light headed when I first wake up or the middle of the night and have fainted while peeing multiple times. I once ‘came to’ in the bathtub cause I tipped over instead of crumbling down.
Everyone else’s points are really just bonuses on not hitting my head on the bathtub and dying.
I appreciate the concern, it’s very kind of you. This is really just when I first wake up and am standing there at the toilet. I’m pretty tall and think my body forgets it needs keep the pressure high enough when just standing there barely awake. I am otherwise pretty healthy and put in effort to take care of myself.
