This fiasco has been nothing but cruel and unusual punishment over and over again for this woman for a matter that should have been settled 30 years ago. Southern states make me sick - led by the “party of life” my ass. They don’t give a single shit about “life” once that person is born.

No kidding. This should have been reviewed over the last 30 years or more. Not 1 hour before the fucking execution is set to take place. How was that not cruel and unusual punishment?

Not to mention being granted a stay of execution 1 hour before the execution was supposed to take place so they can review a case that took place in the '90s when they’ve petitioned to have this reviewed since the '90s and they waited till 1 hour before the fucking execution.
