I have mine mounted on the wall over the AC vent. Sometimes it flutters in the breeze, but it is cool and fresh in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter.

Highly organized movements usually have a strong leader/organizer with clear decision trees. Right wing politics like that approach. Left wingers tend to prefer concensus decision making, inclusion, open debate, and flinch from anyone who tries to assert total control. As a result, in spite of having wider coalitions and really great ideas, leftist movements often lack that command and control infrastructure we tend to associate with the term “well organized”.
