10 daysYeah, and having another offer both helps you get an offer (because you look more attractive), and helps you negotiate for the level of salary you need to rather work for them.
I’ve taken a pay cut when switching jobs before. I still used my old salary to make them give me the best offer they could muster. You may be surprised to learn that it didn’t bankrupt them.

11 daysYou should still apply, though. Because people hate them, they likely need to offer higher salaries to compensate, just like Meta does. You can use these high offers to negotiate a better salary at a more palatable company. Also, it wastes the time of a scumbag company, so win-win.
