How does that work with taxes, don’t dual US citizens have to pay US fed tax on pay earned abroad?

Hollywood has sucked my entire life, I understand many of you don’t realize how true that is, but they have gotten a lot worse with consolidation, It’s down to 3 or 4 studios now, 3 with each around 25%, including Paramount now. It’s going to get a lot worse.
