Yeah I’ve seen the OOB areas. But I don’t think people dislike the game because it’s linear. Tho hearing the word “constraints” when talking about a $300mil+ budget is kinda funny.

This might be a lot but keep in mind the INSANE budget for this game so despite this it’s still nowhere near breaking even
Nope, it’s always been dumb (even doe I gotta admit I used it once or twice) and the meme would absolutely have the exact same meaning without it. Truth be told I don’t know if there is a meaning behind it but I assume there isn’t or it has been lost with age and overuse.
