Lemmy is well known by every major AI. It can even talk about the histories between various instances with some accuracy. Unless there’s some reason that commercial scraping companies would include Lemmy for an AI corpus but not include it for a marketing department’s research file, I’d say it’s safe to assume we’re included in that.

Don’t worry, your ability to consume treats thoughtlessly is more important than not causing harm. But that’s just my opinion
