  • The guy is a personal friend of Bibi Netanyahu. He’s not interested in talking, he’s interested in covering up for Israel because he is a Zionist. He literally runs a surveilance center inside the Patriots stadium where they track “anti-semetic hate speech” online. Which includes things like “Free Palestine” and criticism of Zionism.

There’s no discussion to be had. Nothing Macklemore said was hate speech, or should even be considered controversial. He advocated for people who need help. He even said none of it was an attack on Jewish people. Billionaire Zionists and their powerful friends realized it was effectively spreading a message they wanted to suppress, and now here we are.

  • Sheeran chose to have Macklemore supporting his tour. With how outspoken Macklemore has been about Palestine for years, it would not be unreasonable to see it as implicit support from Sheeran. He put himself in the middle. He just thought he could keep fence sitting there while he raked in millions.

Not to mention, he has certainly taken a side in plenty of other political events. It’s suspisciously just the Palestinian genocide that he doesn’t pick a side on. While he caves to Zionist billionaires and calls both sides bad.

  • So if someone has a large platform, they shouldn’t advocate for ending a genocide? Clearly you’ve never paid attention to music in your life. So much music is deeply political. Entire bands are strictly political. You sound like one of those MAGA supporters that’s surprised when they find out RATM hates cops. Acting like musicians should stay out of politics is a fucking absurd take. Even this event of Macklemore being censored is a highly political moment. That being said, fuck Roger Waters for backing one genocide while decrying another. And fuck Ed Sheeran for having no spine.
