Calling them the equivalent of Judenpresse is highly problematic. And suggesting them to be akin to a global Jewish shadow cabal is … Well. You Might just be an antisemite or are aggressively using language that is antisemitic or causes hateful antisemitism through usage.

Tl;dr: any interest is interesting and attractive. In particular if it can be done without annoying your partner and shows your ability to think independently. If it produces something useful that’s cool, too.
