A tenured member of my new team had a bit of a boss moment in our team meeting today, bringing up how much stress some of the team were under due to workload. She tearfully reminded everyone that we have a thing in place where we can flag unrealistic/problematic workloads causing stress and mental health issues through an internal reporting system. 🥺 Then she turned her camera off and went quiet. It was very brave and shows how much she cares about team.

My own workload hasn’t got to that point yet given I haven’t learned enough yet, but they’re slowly raising the temperature in the pot…
