“Discover What You Are Best At” by Linda Gail .
It’s a series of self tests you can finish in a day, and then the book lists the jobs that you might find appealing.
For example, a hair stylist and a nurse both need good people skills and good dexterity. Two totally different jobs with similar skill sets.
I found the book when I was abotu your age, and it gave me a push in the right direction

Also, long term thumb sucking can impact dental development. I knew a kid who had to have braces for years because they kept sucking their thumb until age 10.
