You shouldn’t have death row at all. There has been and will be even more innocent people getting wrongly executed. You cannot guarantee that every single person getting executed is guilty.

Why can’t Israel deal with Hamas without blanket bombing entire areas? Why are they allowed to murder civilians? Why are they allowed to take land that is not theirs?
Honestly, why are Israeli people with more than Palestinian people?
Nothing you said can be an excuse for genocide and war crimes. Because genocide can NEVER be justified.
It really doesn’t matter if Hamas sent missiles to Israel every day for the past 50 years. It still does not give Israel a right to do whatever they want with the Palestinian people.

It still does not take away the fact that Gaza is in ruins and Israel is still standing. It does not take away the war crimes the Israeli gonverment has committed. There are no excuses for their behaviour.

Hamas can be dealt with without bombing Gaza to shreds. And as far as I know there are no consequences the the Israeli gonverments actions.
But in Palestine all of the civilians has to pay the price for Hamas actions.
Edit: I forgot to mention it but there are evidence suggesting that the Israeli gonverment knew about the attack on Oct 7 before it happened but let it happen anyway because it gave them an excuse (it cannot be excused) to enter Gaza and kill as many as possible. They want ethnical cleansing.
That’s like saying the rest of the world should bomb USA to rubble and kill as many civilians as possible because of your stupid ass president.
It is NEVER justified to murder innocent people. Especially not children. What the Israeli government is doing in Gaza are crimes against humanity.
