Whatever you do will make sense for about a day, you’ll have a rough idea of what you did the following weekend, after that… all gone.

And, whatever you do won’t be right first time, so you will be editing those notes - all part of the journey

You can setup recurring tasks, tasks that speak to you, tags, multiple reminders (good for birthdays: next month / week / today)

And locations (although I’ve not tried that yet)

Whilst that may be true, I would expect coreutils has all memory issues debugged by now.

I can understand new applications - or perhaps extended versions - to be created in Rust, rather than reinventing perfectly good wheels.

It feels like they’re doing this just for the sake of it, and I expect there’s probably better things that could be done with the money / labour
