Unfortunately there is no realistic way that people would boycott GTA for anything, let alone this. People tried to rally for a Sony boycott and it has as much affect as a bug trying to push back a truck.

This is the problem with social media. Outrage drives clicks, so “feminism” is portrayed as a caricature of brightly died hair, “ugly” women, feeble men, and the stereotype of unemployed art students.

It’s exactly what we were warned about in books like 1984 and animal farm. The media controls thoughts, who controls the media?

I haven’t seen the movie but I’ve read the book. I thought it was pretty clear that most of it was fictional or at least grossly exaggerated.
