When I was in high school the fencing team had “F***ing Team” t-shirts.
Dang when I was in high school I had to take a bumper sticker off my car to park in the lot, a sticker provided by our state health department.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that at first glance 😄

They just start the fight that way, but if they’re losing then they’ll switch to the right hand

Woah, I thought maybe the pic was flipped, but the text in the background says no. Yeah, it does appear they are all left handed. Sinister Fencers

IIRC it gives a pretty significant advantage as most fencers are used to right hand opponents
Random stat I found on a site that doesn’t cite a source :
While only 10% of the general population is left-handed, roughly 30% of Olympic fencing medalists have been left-handed.
Edit : Apparently it’s not just about unfamiliarity, due to how fencing works:
However, the geometric differences in left-versus-right fencing mean the advantage can be narrowed but never fully eliminated
Sinister Fencers
I was in a band called that. We mostly played grunge and reggae covers of Hannah Montana songs while straddling various animatronic creatures on stage.
I mean… there’s three of them. Definitely gonna take us out.
I think eppe would be really good though. Stabbing wrists and shit.

I am not taking sides so I am staying on the fence. At least someone got the point.
Sorry, not sorry, I am seeing my self out
