Seeing everyone else’s cool bread reminded me I had made this. First attempt rose too much but second and third turned out well. Good for gifts.

First one is in the garbage second is in the oven. I apparently bumped the temp knob and didn’t notice. Uggggh
Oh noooo! No way to salvage or repurpose it as breadcrumbs or croutons? Sorry, it happens to the best of us. Do share a photo when you are successful.
