It would be a real shame if Xi Jinping, Deng Xiaoping, Fidel Castro etc. were all “fake” MLs despite lifting millions of people out of humiliation and poverty.
Did Hoxha have this opinion on basically everyone post-Stalin? I know that he chose Mao in the Sino-Soviet split but I don’t know much about him other than that
As far as I know, Hoxha basically said that Albania was the last Marxist-Leninist state.
Albania also isolated itself from the USSR and the PRC. I don’t know what were the internal Party discussions that caused this decision.
