That’s why I put “bread” in quotes. I was poking fun at the court ruling about subway’s bread not being bread legally because of the amount of flour weight that was sugar.

That means Brioche is also not considered bread in Ireland.
Bit meaningless this whole thing. Go to France and everything is considered bread.
It’s possibly not the worst thing, but it does contribute to poor health regardless. Plus, 31g is not to be sniffed at.

If the whole sandwich is measured in inches, shouldn’t the ingredients be measured in pounds? If I know what inches are, how am I supposed to know what grams are???
