There’s an episode, plankton’s army, where the ingredients are revealed as:
- Salt
- Onions
- Love
- ???
So unless it’s an onion patty, the protein is the secret part of the ingredient. I think I also recall one of the videogames heavily implying it was made with Kelp, as most in-universe foods are.
