What the hell is that growing out of the pepper, and why is it the only part that has the appearance of having gotten hot? The mushrooms, onion slices and meat so raw. So much wrong with this one.

No, like why are the peppers so long? They just look wrong, and everything else is raw, and crowded. The image is bunk
Wonder what percentage of that charcoal is actually mushroom.
Also what does grilling half onions do? I have not seen this before.
