A great mother. Can you imagine carrying around a few dozen babies until they are big enough to take care of themselves? This Rabida Rabidosa has lost a leg and a pedipalp.
While they are getting a ride on their mum, nothing. But she will gradually drop them off, dispersing them. After they are on their own they will eat basically anything they are able to take down. Starting with very small insects.
Wolf spiders aren’t known for matriphagy so mum should be save. Cannibalism between siblings can occur when food is spares but also not the norm.
