This is some weird logic. How as a business could you know exactly how many of an item you need to produce and have in stock less than a week before you take orders? What happens to a business that produces lets say 1 million units but then when orders start they only sell 10k? The only way to solve this with your way of thinking is to do some kind of Kickstarter/early order before production.

These are some high level conspiracy theories if you seriously think this is how it works.

I would say that those that buy is just as big of a problem as the scalpers. If people would just stop buying… Sad scalper.
