In the James Bond film Goldfinger, one of the ‘Bond-girls’ called Pussy Galore saves the day by double crossing her boss, Goldfinger. Bond (who forced himself upon her earlier in the movie) is asked what he did to win her over and she just muses “…I must have… appealed to her maternal instincts…” which has been interpreted by many fans to mean he dressed up in a baby outfit and suckled on her titties. Edit: they’re so big that they have their own shiny sunspot which is reflecting off the curved surface of the mammaries and shining a light into the babies blue eyes - you can see this if you zoom in.
