    But instead of a gun, he’s holding a bag of money. It must be really hard for a grammy award winning musician who is only worth hundreds of millions of dollars, who just wants to sell his music to everyone, including genocidal pieces of shit.

    This is about a rich person, trying to play both sides, in a game of genocide. He doesn’t deserve your sympathy. He cries on stage, because he wasn’t succesful, not because he’s sorry.

      I feel that maybe Kraft has something on him? I have no proof, and maybe Ed really is just a shit greedy fuck.

      And my mind is having a field day thinking about the outrageous things Ed is afraid will get out.

        It’s not that complicated really. Ed Sheeran is a spineless coward, and he doesn’t want to jeoparidize the career he’s built by being the male equivalent of Taylor Swift. He just doesn’t have any moral fibre.

    I said we shouldn’t call him an artist, but the dude managed to fake cry without using the word ‘genocide’, so at least he’s a pretty good actor.

      Ugh stupid tangent incoming, did you see the movie Yesterday where a struggling singer/ songwriter crosses into an alternate universe and he’s the only one on the planet who remembers the Beatles? And becomes an overnight sensation from recording Beatles songs that no one’s ever heard before. And then, as conclusive proof of his success, Ed Sheeran playing himself approves of his supposed genius, because I guess Ed sheeran is the songwriting successor to the Beatles.

      It’s already a terrible movie before Ed Sheeran appears, it’s just the most arrogant job a pop star could take. Supposedly Chris Martin turned the role down, I guess because he had some modicum of self awareness. Contrast to Ariana Grande playing a delightfully self deprecating satire of herself in Don’t Look Up, so it is possible to acknowledge one’s own celebrity in a cameo film role without being insufferably self aggrandizing.

      I don’t really have a point beyond Ed Sheeran’s unlikability. His spinelessness and immorality is a separate issue.
