Considering Trump’s death toll and the already-exposed messages that Natalie Harp regularly leaves for Trump, this is not even figurative.
Those are Marines, not Secret Service.
They are there because the presidents helicopter is a Marine Corps aircraft, and appropriately called ‘Marine 1’.

But we cheated: we’d rock back and forth to relieve pressure on heel and forefoot in turn.

And curl your toes inside the boot. We (🇳🇴)also did a light flex in the knee while raising your heel. Basically flex any muscle you can to make the “veins work”
