Does contempt just not apply? Like no one else would be given this leway and I would think the american people would want shit like this stopped. The branches were to hold each other accountable, why does the judicial seem to lack that ability.
Because the Supreme Court decided that anything the sitting president does as an official part of his duties cannot be prosecuted while in office.
